REFUND POLICY
• ALL SALES ARE FINAL FROM OUR END. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURN OR REFUND REQUESTS.
EXCHANGE POLICY
• Exchange requests will be considered in case of major manufacturing defects only. Exchange requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery by sending us an email at details given below along with your order ID and issue details.
• A full video of receiving the shipment and unboxing of the product needs to be sent with the exchange request. Clear photos of the product with tags are required to be uploaded with the request.
• The product must be unused to be eligible for exchange.
• One of the steps in the exchange process includes a quality check by our team and we reserve the right to decline the request if the product is not returned with original packaging, tags and in unused condition. Products showing any signs of wear, wash or damaged will not be exchanged.
• The exchange process takes 6–8 business days to complete after the product is received at our facility.
• Any product purchased in an offer is not eligible for exchange.
• If you choose a product with higher price than the one being exchanged, you will need to pay the price difference in order for us to process the request.
• Exchanges are subject to availability.
• Only one exchange is allowed per order.
• In case of return pick-up, if the area PIN code falls under non-serviceable category, then you will be informed and you will need to ship the package to our facility.
• The customer will have to bear the cost of return shipping and re-shipping of the exchanged item.
• We charge a fixed fee of Rs. 185 to process the exchange request.
