Shipping policy
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
• We offer free shipping on most prepaid orders. In some exceptional cases, shipping fees may apply for prepaid orders, which will be calculated at checkout. For COD orders, shipping charges will always be calculated at checkout.
• For all orders placed, we require order confirmation via call/WhatsApp. Orders will be shipped only after positive confirmation. Kindly cooperate by providing the requested details.
• All orders are shipped within 1–3 business days after confirmation (Monday–Friday). We use reputed third-party courier services, so we have limited control once the order leaves our facility.
• Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp.
• Delivery may take 4–12 days depending on your location, PIN code, region, and courier service.
• It is the customer’s responsibility to provide correct and complete details (Name, Address, Phone Number, Email ID, etc.). We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete details.
• If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer must bear the re-shipping cost.
• If the package cannot be recovered, no refund will be issued.
• Customers must record a full video while receiving and unboxing the package. This is mandatory to help resolve any order-related issues.
• Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other external factors beyond our control.
UNDELIVERED ITEMS
• If your order is not delivered due to incorrect information or missed delivery attempts, it will be returned to our facility.
• Once received, we will contact you to reconfirm the order. Re-shipping charges must be paid by the customer. For prepaid orders, re-shipping will be done only after confirmation and payment of re-shipping fees.
CANCELLATION POLICY
• Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled from our end.
